Ainscough Training Services is the UKs largest independent provider of specialist training for the Management & Supervision of Lifting Operations and it is a CPCS accredited test centre as well as a CSkills assessment centre.

Paul operates within a highly experienced team of CPCS Tester/Trainers who deliver management training from our newly built training centre in Leyland, Lancashire as well as on client's sites throughout the UK & abroad.

Career Profile

Paul started his Military career in the Royal  Marines, completing his service as a Marine Commando in 1997. Paul served in many countries  across the world including tours of Bosnia, Canada, USA, Cyprus, Germany, Norway, Belize (jungle Training), Hong Kong, Caribbean & Uganda.
Paul joined Grayson, White & Sparrow as a crane operator, operating mobile cranes up to 50 tonnes lifting capacity, as well as working as a Slinger/Signaller. Paul then transferred to Great Harwood Crane Hire in a similar role (operating up to 80t). He gained crane operating experience on construction industry, petrochemical, network Rail & Nuclear projects.
Asset & Land Group was Pauls next venture operating mobile Tower Cranes (7 x axle 18t). He also  Supervised lifting operations and planned jobs as an Appointed Person. Paul also project managed several sites nationwide.
Paul has now joined Ainscough Training Services Ltd offering his experience and knowledge for our clients and candidates
