NVQ Assessor

Ainscough Training Services is the UK’s largest independent provider of specialist training for the Management & Supervision of Lifting Operations and it is a CPCS accredited test centre as well as a CSkills assessment centre.

Lee works within a team of NVQ/QCF Assessors who deliver competence based qualifications for client’s  throughout the UK.

In April 2024 Lee took on the new role of Lead Assessor and IQA.

Career Profile
Lee started his working career in the Royal Logistic Corps, completing his service career as a Lance Corporal in 2005. Lee served in many countries  across the world including tours of Kosovo, Iraq & Northern Ireland.

Lee joined Bob Killelea’s as a crane operator, operating mobile cranes up to 50 tonnes lifting capacity. He gained crane operating experience on construction industry projects.

Lee then progressed and joined Frank Barnes Crane Hire, operating cranes up to 100t and also carrying out slinging and signalling duties.

Ainscough Crane Hire and John Sutch Crane Hire was the next stop for Lee where he carried out Planning Supervising, Slinging and Crane operator duties up to 250t

Lee has now joined Ainscough Training Services Ltd offering his experience and knowledge for our clients and candidates
