Tim Morgan – Operations Director

Tim Morgan - Operations Manager

In 1984 Tim commenced his working career in the Armed Forces and completed his service career as a SNCO in 2006. Tim served in many countries across the world including tours of Bosnia, Iraq, Cyprus, Germany, Hong Kong, Kosovo & Northern Ireland. During Tim’s time in the forces he gained Instructor status and managed a team of 28 staff.

Paul Wright – NVQ Assessor

Paul started his Military career in the 2002 as a Royal Engineer, completing his service as a Lance Corporal in 2010. Paul served in many countries across the world including tours of Iraq, Afganastan, Eygypt ,USA, Cyprus, Germany, Kenya and Poland.

Paul was as a crane operator during his forces career, operating mobile cranes up to 35 tonnes lifting capacity, as well as working as a Slinger/Signaller & Crane Supervisor. Paul then transferred to Fugro working offshore in Singapore in a similar role.

Lee Barnes – NVQ Assessor

Lee started his working career in the Royal Logistic Corps, completing his service career as a Lance Corporal in 2005. Lee served in many countries  across the world including tours of Kosovo, Iraq & Northern Ireland.

(UKCG) sites throughout the UK.

Ainscough Training Services is an Enhanced Learning Credits (ELCAS) approved Training centre for the following courses: NOCN CSkills Awards L5 NVQ Diploma in Controlling Lifting Operations – Planning Lifts (Construction) (QCF) Code: QUA919 & CPCS Appointed Person NOCN CSkills Awards L4 NVQ Diploma in Controlling Lifting Operations _ Supervising Lifts (Construction) (QCF) Code: QUB919 The Slinger Signaller and Mobile Crane Operator categories do not come under the ELCAS funding as they are a level 2 Diploma. However you can use Resettlement Grants and Standard Learning Credits for the CPCS Slinger Signaller & CPCS Mobile Crane operator categories.
