North West – Leyland Lancashire and Central London

Essentially you will need experience in lifting operations and ideally as an Appointed Person along with experience as Crane Supervisor and Slinger Signaller .

Other categories such as Compact Crane, Mobile Crane Vehicle Marshaller, Excavator, are an advantage, but not essential.

Positions:

Full-Time Trainer

Location: Leyland, Lancashire & Central London – Waterloo
Based at our bespoke training facility in Leyland Lancashire & and at our training venue in central London Waterloo you will also have responsibilities that entails travel around the North West and nationwide.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Full-Time Trainer to join our dynamic, thriving team.

As a Trainer at Ainscough Training, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality CPCS & non CPCS training to our clients at our centre in Leyland Lancashire and at times nationwide.

You will be delivering and helping to develop engaging training programs aligned with industry best practices and company policies.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Essentially you will need experience in lifting operations and ideally as an Appointed Person along with experience as Crane Supervisor and Slinger Signaller .

Other categories such as Compact Crane, Mobile Crane Vehicle Marshaller, Excavator, are an advantage, but not essential. Experience in training is not essential.

Communication Skills: Effective written & verbal communication is essential in this role. The ability to communicate at all levels with the ability to give empathy and guidance throughout the training process.
Driving License: A current driving license is a must.
Basic IT skills and a good understanding of Microsoft office including PowerPoint & presentations.
