Trainer in Lifting Operations
( No experience in training required)

We have permanent positions & sub-contractor positions available

Essentially you will need experience in lifting operations and ideally as an Appointed Person along with experience as Crane Supervisor and Slinger Signaller .

Other categories such as Compact Crane, Mobile Crane Vehicle Marshaller, Excavator, are an advantage, but not essential.

We are a CPCS, Cskills/NOCN Accredited Test Centre, dedicated to providing exceptional training and NVQ services for Safer Lifting Operations.

Training is delivered in our outstanding learning environment at our bespoke training facility in Leyland Lancashire in the North West. & Central London.

We also deliver training & NVQs at clients own sites, throughout the UK & overseas.

Position:

Full-Time Trainer 

Location: Leyland, Lancashire & / or Central London – Waterloo
Based at our bespoke training facility in Leyland Lancashire & / or  and at our training venue in central London Waterloo you will also have responsibilities that entails travel around the North West and nationwide.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Full-Time Trainer  to join our dynamic, thriving team.

As a Trainer at Ainscough Training, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality CPCS & non CPCS training to our clients at our centre in Leyland Lancashire and at times nationwide.

You will be delivering and helping to develop engaging training programs aligned with industry best practices and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Essentially you will need experience in lifting operations and ideally as an Appointed Person along with experience as Crane Supervisor and Slinger Signaller .

Other categories such as Compact Crane, Mobile Crane Vehicle Marshaller, Excavator, are an advantage, but not essential. Experience in training is not essential.

• Communication Skills: Effective written & verbal communication is essential in this role. The ability to communicate at all levels with the ability to give empathy and guidance throughout the training process.
• Driving License: A current driving license is a must.
• Certifications: CPCS /NPORS in the categories detailed in the advert.
• Basic IT skills and a good understanding of Microsoft office including PowerPoint & presentations.
• Attributes: We seek a dedicated and proactive individual who is dedicated to cultivating the skills and talents of others, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills, keen attention to detail, and a drive for success, along with flexibility, ownership, and a quick learning aptitude.
• Team Player: You should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also possessing the self-motivation and self-discipline to work independently at client sites across the UK.
• Organisation: The ability to organize yourself, with a strong sense of punctuality in the workplace so that you can contribute to your productivity and overall success in your job.
