We are a CPCS, Cskills/NOCN Accredited Test Centre, dedicated to providing exceptional training and NVQ services for Safer Lifting Operations.

Training is delivered in our outstanding learning environment at our bespoke training facility in Leyland Lancashire in the North West. & Central London.

We also deliver training & NVQs at clients own sites, throughout the UK & overseas.

Positions:

Full-Time NVQ Assessor / Instructor / Internal Verifier

Location: Leyland, Lancashire
Based at our bespoke training facility in Leyland Lancashire, you will also have responsibilities that entail travel around the North West and nationwide.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Full-Time NVQ Assessor / CPCS Trainer tester / Internal Verifier to join our dynamic, thriving team.

You could be a highly experienced CPCS Trainer Tester, or currently working in the lifting industry and have a desire to take your first step into the world of training and coaching & developing people.

As an NVQ Assessor or CPCS Trainer Tester at Ainscough Training, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality assessment  and coaching for our competence-based qualifications, or as an Instructor you would deliver CPCS & non CPCS training  to our clients at our centre in Leyland Lancashire and at times nationwide.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Whilst we would welcome an experienced CPCS Trainer Tester or NVQ Assessor, we would welcome candidates with experience in the lifting industry to Slinger Signaller and Crane Supervisor. The Appointed Person category is advantageous but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written & verbal communication is essential in this role. The ability to communicate at all levels with the ability to give empathy and guidance throughout the assessment / training process.
  • Driving License: A current driving license is a must.
  • Certifications: NVQ Assessor qualification advantageous but not essential.
  • Basic IT skills and a good understanding of Microsoft office

  • Team Player: You should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also possessing the self-motivation and self-discipline to work independently at client sites across the UK.
